for the FashionCaffe online shop
§ 1 Scope
These T&Cs apply to all orders placed through the FashionCaffe online shop of Rocket 28.
§ 2 Contracting Party
The contracting party is Rocket 28, Managing Director: Katrin Jansen, Altdorfer Straße 1, 84032 Landshut, Germany.
§ 3 Conclusion of Contract
The product presentations do not constitute a legally binding offer. The purchase contract is concluded with our acceptance of the order.
§ 4 Prices
All prices are in Euros and include the statutory value-added tax, if applicable. Shipping costs will be shown in the order process.
§ 5 Payment
The payment methods offered in the shop apply, e.g., PayPal, credit card, Shopify Payments, Klarna, or other offered payment methods.
§ 6 Delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer. Delivery times will be stated in the shop.
§ 7 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§ 8 Right of Withdrawal
Consumers are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.

§ 9 Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
§ 10 Liability
We are liable according to the statutory provisions. A limitation of liability does not apply in cases of intent, gross negligence, or personal injury.

§ 12 Final Provisions
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, as far as legally permissible. Should individual provisions be ineffective, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
