Return and Refund Policy
1. Right of Return
You may return unworn, undamaged items in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
2. Conditions
The goods must not show any signs of wear. Labels and original packaging must be present. For hygiene reasons, sealed products may be excluded from exchange once opened.
3. Return Process
Before returning, please contact our customer service at info@fashioncaffe.de. After review, you will receive further information on the return.
4. Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the original payment method.
5. Shipping Costs
The original standard shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with legal provisions. The costs of the return shipment are subject to legal regulations or any deviating agreement.
6. Exchange
If available, we are happy to exchange items for a different size or color. Please contact our customer service for this.
