Shipping and Payment Terms
1. Delivery Area
We currently deliver within Germany and to selected countries in the European Union. Further delivery countries may be displayed during the order process.
2. Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated for the product, the estimated delivery time is 2-5 business days within Germany. For international deliveries, the delivery time may be longer.
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are transparently displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping for orders above a certain value.
4. Shipping Service Provider
Shipping is handled by reliable shipping partners such as DHL, DPD, GLS or Hermes.
5. Payment Methods
The following payment methods can be used – depending on availability: Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Apple Pay, Google Pay, Klarna, and other payment methods displayed at checkout.
6. Due Date
The purchase price is due immediately upon completion of the order.
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain the property of Rocket 28 until full payment has been received.
8. Damaged Shipments
Please inspect your delivery upon receipt. Please report obvious transport damages to our customer service and the delivery agent as soon as possible.
